Smokin’ Meat at the OK Corral!
This smokin' party will provide you with knowledge and skills to mix dry rubs to flavor your beef, chicken or pork. Bring 2-4 lbs of beef, chicken or pork to cook in the smoker. Smoked pork tacos will be provided for lunch.
Three Rivers Historical Tour

You'll get a list of materials to bring so that you can go home with a tray ready to be baked or frozen. Helen will supply materials for one tray to be divided by participants. There's room for 8 people in this workshop. Bring some food to share for lunch, and Helen will provide drinks.
Pysanky Easter Egg Making

Helen will supply the materials, and you supply your creativity! No special skills are needed for this fun workshop. You will make one or two eggs depending on how much time you spend on each one. Bring lunch foods to share.
