This year's beer tasting dinner will delve into the wonderful ways to pair the gifts of the pig and the hop.  We'll do more contrasting pairings, so you can ponder what your palate prefers!  A crisp lager, or a robust dark beer with smoky bbq? Is IPA better with fat or lean? Join us in exploration!!! 6:00 pm at the Hardwick residence.

Smokin’ Meat at the OK Corral! Saturday, December 8, 9:00 AM to 3:00 PM
Colleen Bathe will share her culinary skills in the OK Corral (her outdoor kitchen) on Sierra Drive in Three Rivers.
This smokin' party will provide you with knowledge and skills to mix dry rubs to flavor your beef, chicken or pork. Bring 2-4 lbs of beef, chicken or pork to cook in the smoker. Smoked pork tacos will be provided for lunch. This is a hands-on event, where you will mix a dry rub, apply it to the meat and smoke the meat to take home. Limit of 10 people.

You'll get a list of materials to bring so that you can go home with a tray ready to be baked or frozen. Helen will supply materials for one tray to be divided by participants. There's room for 8 people in this workshop. Bring some food to share for lunch, and Helen will provide drinks.

Helen will supply the materials, and you supply your creativity! No special skills are needed for this fun workshop. You will make one or two eggs depending on how much time you spend on each one. Bring lunch foods to share.
